Several floor joists showed signs of deterioration consistent with moisture absorption or water intrusion beneath the home.
One of the joists had also been cut more than halfway through to accommodate plumbing. Cutting a significant portion of a structural joist can reduce its strength and may compromise the integrity of the floor system.
In addition, sections of the sub-flooring beneath the bathroom appeared deteriorated from water damage or intrusion.

A qualified structural engineer should evaluate the damaged floor joists, particularly the joist that has been significantly cut for plumbing. The engineer can determine the appropriate repair or replacement needed.
A qualified, licensed general contractor should further inspect the deteriorated sub-flooring and complete repairs or replacement as needed.
Most importantly, the source of the water intrusion should be identified and corrected to help prevent additional damage.
