Clear a Pathway for Inspector to access electrical panel as they will unscrew panel cover to check the wiring conditions.

Clear a Pathway for Inspector to access water heater, air handler and attic as photos are needed.

Make sure water and electric is on and all plumbing fixtures are functional prior to inspection.

Make sure pipes are accessible underneath the kitchen and bathroom sink for photos.
