Buying a Home is a huge purchase for most people and may be one of the biggest assets you'll ever own. So knowing what your buying is important. One of the greatest reasons for having a home inspection is to PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT from unexpected & unforeseen future expenses.
A 4-Point Inspection is verifying the condition of the 4 major components in your home which is the ROOF, A/C, ELECTRICAL, AND PLUMBING (under the sinks, including the water heater). We do need to access the inside to verify the condition of the plumbing fixtures, water heater, air handler, and usually the electrical panel. This inspection primarily checks to see that everything is working and in good order.
A Wind Mitigation Inspection verifies how strong your house is against the wind based on the features that are holding down the roof to your house. So, the inspector will go into your attic and look at the type of nails used to connect the roof sheathing to the truss, how closed the nails are spaced together, and also the roof to wall connection type. Based on the features that you have; you may qualify for additional discounts off your homeowner's insurance.
Mold inspection is a process conducted to detect the presence of mold in a building or home. It involves a thorough examination of the property to identify areas affected by mold growth and to determine the extent of the problem.
Crawlspace

A Roof Certification Inspection is an examination of a roof by a professional to assess its condition and determine its lifespan. Here's what it typically involves:
-
Visual Inspection: Look for visible damage like missing shingles and leaks.
-
Structural Check: Ensure the roof structure is sound.
-
Roof Materials: Check the condition of shingles, tiles, or metal.

Drainage: Check gutters and downspouts for proper water drainage.
WDO Inspections (Termites)
A termite inspection is when we checks your home to see if there are termites causing damage. We look for signs like termite droppings, mud tubes, and damaged wood. After the inspection, we'll tell you if there are termites, where they are, and how to get rid of them.
A pool inspection is when we checks a swimming pool and its equipment to make sure everything is safe and working properly. We look at things like the pool's structure, the water quality, and the condition of the pumps, filters, and heaters. After the inspection, we provide a report on any issues found and recommend repairs or maintenance needed.
